Milton Winter is a main character in the NBC series Believe.
Background[]
The details of Winter's background are vague at best, but Channing notes her bewilderment at the fact that he was once partnered with Skouras.("Pilot") Clearly he is working to protect Bo, or at least to do what he considers is best for her. Given Skouras' willingness to employ the cold-blooded killer Moore, and the fact that he and Winter are opposing forces in this situation, it seems safe to conclude that Winter is benevolent in his intentions.
Winter personally is very close to Bo he clearly cares for Bo, and Channing as well as Tate. Channing has proved to be loyal to Winter as when 'someone' shot a bullet and Channing jumped in the way to stop Winter from being killed. He's kind, loving and protective of Bo!
